About Todd Tavis
- Specializing in occupational safety and health training and consulting for general and construction industries, as well as mine safety and health training and consulting along with human resources training and consulting.
- Educating and training workers for more than 15 years, Todd holds the following certifications and authorizations:
- Authorized OSHA Outreach Instructor for general and construction industries
- Authorized MSHA Surface Instructor (IS)
- Authorized MSHA Instructor Trainer (IN)
- NSC First Aid/CPR/AED Instructor
- NSC Defensive Driving IV Instructor
- Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR)
- Prior to starting Tavis Safety Training & Consulting LLC Todd worked 5 years for the ND Chapter of the National Safety Council which is also a consortium partner with the Rocky Mountain Education Center Outreach Training Institute and 15 years with a company involved in mining, construction, manufacturing, and transportation. His unique background helped in gaining experience in occupational safety and health, mine safety and health, DOT compliance, along with human resources.
